Thanks so much to the guys at Solace had some issues with mold building in my unit. It’s a little bit below ground so you can almost look for that but Adam their technician discovered it on a routine check up and was able to work with us to get that removed and cleaning to our unit also added a ultraviolet light to maybe slow down or resolve our problem. We were happy with our previous service company, but when it came time to replace our old system we got a much better quote from Solace. They took care to propose the most appropriate replacement (a better system and a better price). Installation was timely, and really efficient, neat and professional.
