- Bi-Annual Tune-Up – We will come out twice a year, change the filters, clean condenser coil, and perform safety inspection.
- Trip Charge Waived – Trip Charge ($59) is waived for Peace of Mind Members. Diagnostic Charge ($89) goes towards repair if repair is needed.
- Priority Scheduling – You can trust you will always have someone there to fix your system when you need it.
- Discounted Rates – Members receive exclusive member pricing of 10% off repairs or system modifications.
- Water Heater Maintenance – Once a year, we will come flush your tanked water heater for longevity and reliability of your hot water
